cursor in front of the index field in the document, choose Help, and ensure that
Tips is selected.

This description is obsolete. It also appears in FR 2.0.2 release

removed that paragraph in CWS hcswriter01. Help Tips are enabled by default.

please verify in hcswriter01. Open Writer help, Find tab page. Enter "insert
index entry" as search term. Double-click the same entry. The given text is no
longer there.
