Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 64033
handout view has duplicate slide objects
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:55:38 UTC
Hi, open an empty presentation (start impress), click the Handout tab select the first slide, move it: you are moving an invisible object. click at the places where other slides would appear (B1,C1;A2,B2,C2): there are 2 invisible slide objects at each place.
Reproducible. Reassigned.
I give some details: - create a new presentation - to better see the effect, create up to 12 slides, with for example page number as title - select Handout view - default view is 6/page but in fact there are 12/page, with slides 7 to 12 over slides 1 to 6 respectively. You can check by moving the slides. I use OOo 2.0.3fr on WinXP. - Effect disapeat if you modify handout page organisation: for instance if you select 4/page then you have only 4 slides, and if you come back to 6/page you have only 6. - if you have less than 12 slides, you can move invisible slides which are not created as indicated by lars. - then you can have handout with 12 slides/page (see attachment).

Hello, With OOo 3, Handout view does not permit to modify a predefined layout. So this issue should be closed.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
