I have a side scrolling equiped mouse, yet I cannot use this fuctionality in
OO.o applications.  It works in most of my other applications where side
scrolling would be applicable (web, image browsing, Windows, etc).  It is most
prevalent in Calc where there may be several screenwidths of data.  Regular
scrolling still works, as well as "cruising", a faster scrolling mode.
