please verify in hcshared01. Open Writer doc, choose Tools - Macros - Organize
Macros - OOo Basic. Click Organizer button. CLick Libraries tab. Check Extended
help exists for new Export button.

All buttons except "Close" and "Export ..." show extended tips. 
The env-variable "HELP_DEBUG=TRUE" shows that there is an id attached to the
button but the help is not displayed.

Tested on linux -> Reop

added new help ID for Export button to shared/01/06130000.xhp in CWS hcshared04
The Close button has no help id assigned-->not this issue

please verify in hcshared04. The Export button now has an extended help.
