Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 64208
Norwegian versions of 2.0.2 RC5 are tested
Last modified: 2006-04-25 20:17:51 UTC
Hi, We have QA-tested the norwegian bokmaal versions of OpenOffice.org 2.0.2 RC5 for both Linux and Windows using the TCM tool and encountered no significant problems. Please rename the following files: http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/OOB680_m5/Build-1/OOo_2.0_windows_install_nb.exe http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/OOB680_m5/Build-2/OOo_OOB680_m5_LinuxIntel_install_nb_deb.tar.gz and move them to the master server for distribution to the mirrors as: OOo_2.0_windows_install_nb.exe OOo_OOB680_m5_LinuxIntel_install_nb_deb.tar.gz Norwegian homepage: http://no.openoffice.org/index.html Thanks!
Version should be "Current", but I can't find a way to change this :-) I hope it is ok anuway :-) Axel Bojer
And, I almost forgot: on: http://projects.openoffice.org/native-lang.html we have level I, but as we now have tested some version (and more are soon to be tested I hope :-) it would perhaps be fitting to give us level II? (When it comes to support we are working on a new webpage, we already have. http://forum.nfk.no/phpBB2 though). How much/what kind of support is necessary to be relabeled to Level II? Do we just choose this ourselves? Best regards, Axel Bojer
Thanks for testing the builds! I'm updating the status page. but is it correct, that only Linux / debian builds have been tested? st: please copy the files to the mirrors. southerncross: can you take care about the request for being listed as LVL II native lang project?
--> andreschnabel : no, because I don't have rights on this particular page :( (ask Louis) cheers!
I'm ready to publish the files following our file naming scheme as OOo_2.0.2_LinuxIntel_install_nb_deb.tar.gz OOo_2.0.2_Win32Intel_install_nb.exe Any objections?
to andreschnabel: Yes, we have only tested the debian build, we dont presently have any Red Hat-machines (or solaris machines or MAC-machines), but we will se if we can change this :-) Hope it is ok if we just append a new request to this issue when more versions are tested? to sst: Yes, please just use the standard name
Thanks Axel, the files are now propagating to (most of) the mirrors listed at http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#mirrors in the directory .../localized/nb/2.0.2 It may take a day or two until they are available at the downstream mirrors. Thanks, Stefan
files are available. I'll update the status page closing this issue
