In a document with several formulas it could occur that OO impress confuse the
code of a formula with another when saving and reopening the document. Changing
the formula now incorrect doesn't solve the problem, after saving and reopening
th document, the error reoccur. Even more, you could recreate the formula from
zero with a new object, and it occur again.

Seems to be the same problem as in issue 58325.

The content.xml containes the line
<draw:object xlink:href="./Object 33" xlink:type="simple" xlink:show="embed"
xlink:actuate="onLoad"/>
twice.
