This is a followup for issue 44959. The dmake documentation should clearly
state the difference of \<nl> in macro definitions and other lines, i.e.
whitespace for recipe lines and "" for macro definitions.

still found "...is used to terminate a LINE. ". didn't you suggest "... is used
to continue a LINE" in #i44959#?.

Yes, but I convinced myself that "terminate" is OK in this context. I hope the
whole paragraph got a bit more readable in the current version.
