1.Type Thai word in a cell.
2.Right click the cell.
3.Click “Format cells...”.
4.Select tab “Alignment”.
5.Select “Vertically stacked” in Text orientation.

Thai text will be incorrectly displayed.

Seems to be an EditEngine problem.

TL->NN: According to HDU most likely a problem in Calc since a single Thai
character may be composed of several unicode characters and thus the text can
not be broken up at arbitrary positions. Please have a look. Thanks!

Retargeted to OOo later for now since it seems to not really fit in the OOo 2.x
standards.
