Childworkspaces created by copying from master workspace (i.e. without '-a'
option) get their solver trees by unpacking copied zip files. These zip files
should be removed afterwards to save disk space. 'deliver' should not create zip
files on childworkspaces.

Fixed in CWS rmsolverzips. Changed cwscreate.pl, cwsresync.pl, and deliver.pl.

Ause: for verificating please have a look at possible 'break-and-redo'-scenarios.

Seen on master workspace; works as desired in CWS created based on m173 -> closing.
