added info to file text/shared/02/12000000.xhp in CWS hcshared03

dba30 is integrated to m182. not available today --> remove from hcshared04

cannot fix this in hcshared05 becuase first hcshared04 must be integrated.

Due date for UI-Freeze for 2.2 was on 5th of October '06. The CWS 'hcshared06'
was shifted to next target. Now the issue follows => target 2.2.

why was this set to "fixed"? it was not, but hcshared06 is closed for edit now.
now fixed in hcshared07 help. 
However, the help id 39064 is not part of current hid.lst. ufi->oj: please add
help id to hid.lst.

HID_BROWSER_ADMINISTRATE needs to be added to /util/hidother.hid
then it should work (together with a new hid.lst in helpcontent2)

The situation as it is now to use the number derectly in the helpcontent is not
good because it will break when the number changes, so using the longname is the
preferred solution

The cws hcshared07 will be integrated to OOo 2.3. Changed target to 2.x because
2.3 is not yet in the list.

Please verify in CWS hcshared07. Open F4 browser, verify extended help for
context menu entry

1. check 'extended tips' under menue tools/options/general
2. open the 'database beamer' with f4
3. open the context menue in database beamer
-> box with two entries appear
4. draw the mouse pointer over it

=> bubble help text appear (former versions had no help)
