In PCN 47299 I wrote I would like for OOo to use www/www/index.html over www/www/
DomainHome.html.html. It's less confusing.  We used to use index.html all the time.  

How difficult would it be to implement this change?

if not index.html, then I'd like for a rewrite rule to be written so that www.openoffice.org/index.html 
pulls up, always, DomainHome.html.html. I can do it fairly clumsily with a redirect on index.html (or 
vice versa, if I want the inverse behaviour) but this is relatively slow. Something like this higher up 
would be preferred.
