I updated the porting/www/mac index.html file to a new versioon to include the new developer's FAQ at the top so if the site is staticized I believe this would require a special update in addition to my CVS commit.  The actual CVS commit is below, teh new revision is 1.22.

I also changed other files, but I don't believe they are staticized as changes are already evident on the website.

As agreed with Louis, we can close all the resolved fixed issues he owns.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
