Form controls have the possibility to associate a help text with them. This text
is shown as tooltip when you hover with the mouse over the respective form control.

Table columns also have the possibility to associate a help text with them
(called Description). This text is shown as tooltip when you open the normal
table data view.

Wouldn't it be nice to also propagate this table column help text to any form
controls bound to them, as long as they don't have an own text?
