yay, finally! ;-)

So the next step will be to remove the text above the license and move it into
translatable strings in UI, right?

Localized licenses wouldn't be valid anyway, as they are unofficial. So the
English version must always be included, see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/translations.html#UnofficialTranslations

By the way, it is a requirement of article 1 of the LGPL that the license text
is included: "distribute a copy of this License along with the Library".
