try the following:

- create a new empty writer document
- enable footer/header on page style "Default"
- create new page style based on the current selected "Default"
  page style by using the "New style by selection" within the
  style list
  - name it "New Page"
  - set page layout to "only right"
  - "ok"
- enter a line of text
- insert a page break after this line by using the page style
  "New Page"
- change the next style in "New Page" to "Default"

==> OOo crashes

With disabled header/footer everything works fine!

MRU->OS: take my sample document. There, just change the Follow in the page
style "New Style" to "Default" -> crash
