Currently, the options for starting a custom animation 
are "On Click", "With previous", "After previous".

It would be nice to have another option "On load",
so that the animations starts immediatly after 
the slide is shown, without needing a click.

A delay could be entered in the dialog 
for "Effect-Options / Timing", as with 
the other start-options.
