Playing around with CppComponent example I've found some issues. I think it is 
very importent that further development based on this example make sure that 
`getImplementationName_MyService2Impl' and 
`MyService2Impl::getImplementationName' return the same value!

fixed on cws jsc12, i haven't applied the patch directly but changed the code
and did some more changes.
