Description florence 2006-07-21 00:38:40 UTC
I have Open Office 2.0. I typed a document, and closed the document with no
intention of saving it. Now a message pops up stating that it is trying to
recover a document that I do not want! I see no button to push to "recover" the
document, and I have tried "ctrl alt delete" to rid myself of the message, I
have also deleted and reinstalled Open Office suite to my computer, all to no
avail. This message is still there. Furthermore, I cannot use open office
because of the message. please help.

Please be more detailed: Which OS, which OOo version? Have you tried the newest
OOo 2.0.3 version?

Hello,
The open office version I have is the free downloadable version on the website.
I am not sure which version it is. If there is any way I can identify the
version, please let me know. Thank you for your time
