At the moment the sal/qa tests are no longer buildable because of a lot of
warnings, which have to fix, because warnings are errors at the moment.
Therefore we need to fix the warnings.

Hint: 
insert a EXTERNAL_WARNINGS_NOT_ERRORS=true
in a makefile.mk, if a test run is need and the test isn't compilable.

Lot of small changes, to let build again the tests.

fixed.

in qa directory, simply start 'dmake test_all'
