The missing 'Cut' functionality is handled by Issue 64500 which deals with the
clipboard. So I will just focus on the 'Del' functionality in this Issue.

Removed non-Ascii character from summary.
->tonygalmiche: What is "..."? As far as I know, only titles and the legend can
be removed by Del in the old chart, and therefore should also in the new chart.
Therefore, I removed the ... in the summary as well. If you find more objects,
please add them here.

Also added the fact that it is about keyboard, as you can delete Titles and the
Legend with Insert/Title,Legend. (Although this is a bit like shutting down an
OS by going to Start ;-) )

One additional note: For the enhancement of deleting data series with delete,
see Issue 31670.

Changed del to delete in summary for better grepping, sorry for the frequent
changes.

No Defect, but a Task as it is just not implemented in the re-implementation

"..." = data series (Issue 31670), axis, grid = all elements of the chart
-> But it's already the case with old chart

->tonygalmiche: What is already the case? I don't think you can delete an axis
with the delete key in the old chart.
If you want to suggest deleting the axis, grid etc., please add this to issue
31670, as that one is a feature request, whereas I would treat this issue here
as the task of catching up with the old implementation.
