The tool should be able to capture actual work expended from project team
members.  This is necessary for issue 57638.  This could take the form of a web
page where team members could enter their actuals, or a screen in the mail
application itself.  Even better yet, make it an email.  Every week the tool
sends each team member an email listing the tasks he or she was assigned to. 
The team member replies to the email and puts in the hours he or she worked on
each task.  Parsing those replies could get tricky but it would be a fantastic
feature.
