Provide feedback on what the effect of given change will be.  In MSP, if you
change the finish date of a task, your whole project can go to Hades because of
all sorts of dependencies, and you won't know why.  Instead, in this tool, we
should have an option (or a what-if mode) which allows us to make a change (like
change the finish date of a task) and it will provide a list of the consequences
of that change.  Rather than making all the changes right away, we have the
option of looking at each change and understanding what all the ramifications are.
