Phenomenon 
 A table of 5 columns and 3 rows in vertical writing on Writer 
 gets converted to a table of 5 rows and 3 columns on Word.

 See the attached snapshot.

Reproduction
 1. Open the bugdoc attached with Writer.
 2. Save it into Word format.
 3. Open the saved file with Word.

MRU->HB: set the page to vertical writing, insert a 5x2 table, export document
to WW8 format and open the document in MS Word -> it is now a 2x5 table.
