patch for CVSROOT/modules

raising prio to one since current modules file is broken so that a checkout is
not possible.

please be sure that the CVSROOT/modules is the same as we get it via checkout
from CVSROOT/modules. If there is still a locally modified modules file in place
this would end up in a desaster again :)

We had reverted the CVSROOT/modules file to the previous revision to the one you
attached first. It seem that the patch you have provided is having some conflict
while applying (the second one too). Can you please try checking out the
CVSROOT/modules file now and let us know if it works.

P.S: We are unable to patch using modules.vigra too.

I was a bit quick in the last comment, Sorry. We were able to apply the patch
(modules.vigra) with the following error:

Operations were not sure if the error mentioned was a fatal error. However, i
have checked that the CVS checkout works fine for the test projects. Please let
us know if you find any difficulties hereon.
