Hi, Thank you for contacting CollabNet Support. The public keys for the users could be uploaded by the domain administrators on the site by following the link below: http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/TunnelList Steps : 1. Click on the 'Manage SSH keys' link on the left nav under 'Administration' tab. 2. From the displayed users list filter out the required user, click on the existing public key link. 3. Remove the existing OOo public key for the user & paste the contents on the new key. 4. Click on the 'Submit changes' button to have the keys uploaded for the user. Please let me know for questions. Thanks, Karthikeyan.S, Support Operations.
Thanks for the quick reply... But I get an Error: Your account does not have the "User - List" permission ... So I can't access the site. Cheers
Hi, I am sorry for not being clear.Only, domain administrators can upload the public key and not the users because of which you are getting the "User-List" permission error. In order to resolve this issue, please contact domain administrator of the site who can help you for the same. In case, if you are not aware of the domain admin of this site ; please let me know so that i can provide one for you. Thanks and Regards, Karthikeyan.S, Support Operations.
