Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 69269
Impress - artifact in printout (related to cropping) with attached document
Last modified: 2007-07-25 15:39:11 UTC
When I print attached "problematic-presentation.ppt" printout contains some other image, that is not visible in design view or slide show. Scanned printout is attached in "printout.jpg", note parts of Windows GUI just below flowers.

One for me.
set to new and change the target.
I don't see the windows task bar in the print out but I see a black line above the 'bottom text' and a line and a grey area beside the 'Montagne Jennesse' graphic. Please have a look.
The bug occures only when you print the graphic with transparency.
cgu, please see area circled in red on attached part of scan ("fragment.gif").

Dear cgu, do you need any more information from me? Can I be of any help in troubleshooting this issue? WBR, K. Palagin
Here is another case of this artefact. On attached "printout1.tif" see on the right side vertical stripe that should not be there. Original file is at http://www.mytempdir.com/1075061 Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks a lot!

I also wanted to add that exporting to PDF (or .jpg, bmp, gif) produces document (image) without said defect.

Checked, can reproduce. The montagne jenesse bitmap is cropped (the windows taskbar originates from cropped-away parts), and the cropping does not seem to be properly respected during printout. I've another internal bug b6520266 describing a similar problem.

BTW, the same problem appears the other modules. I tested Writer and Draw. So, it is not related to impress only. See issue 76476.
