The SXW format copyright assignment file that is referenced from
http://www.openoffice.org/copyright/assign_copyright.html is corrupt, and
OpenOffice reports an error when it tries to load it.  It appears that the ZIP
archive is corrupt:

$ wget --quiet http://www.openoffice.org/copyright/OpenOfficeAssignment.sxw ;
unzip -t OpenOfficeAssignment.sxw
