Bibus (bibus-1.2.0-1), during the last "Finalize" step of bibliography
generation, creates a document in OOo 2.0 that is titled "private:stream". Under
Fedora Core 4, all efforts to save this file either cause OOo to crash
completely or to generate a "General input/output error." error box. It is
possible to save this finalized document by emailing it to yourself (OOo: File |
Send | Document as email), but "there has to be a better way". 

Here's the step-by-step scenario:
Open a *.odt file in OOo that contains citations placed in the document by Bibus
Start Bibus
In Bibus:  
    OpenOffice.org | Format Bibliography | Finalize
  This generates a new window titled "private:stream - OpenOffice.org Writer"
containing the final version of citations and the bibliography
In OOo:
  Attempt to save this "private:stream" file by any means.  For example, File |
Save As generates a window with this message:
    OpenOffice.org 2.0
    Error saving the document SDSTest-formatted:
    General Error.
    General input/output error.
  At this point File | Save is not available.  Modifying the document slightly
(e.g., adding one space anywhere), then doing File | Save, generates a window
titled "OOo has crashed!  Paste this text into your bugreport" containing:

Restarting OOo results in a window with an option to recover the document. 
Selecting this opens the pre-finalized document, not the finalized
"private:stream" documnent - the "private:stream" document seems to have been lost.
