This may sound stupid, but the highlight color (black) in speadsheet is 
horrible.  Most spreadsheets I've used (Excel, GoBe, etc) use a more pleasant 
color.  I have to use spreadsheets all day, and glaring BLACK everytime I 
highlite is annoying.
The more professional everything LOOKS, the more accepted it will be.

Find a more appalling slection mask colour of cell (currently black).

in 3.0 the selection colour is lightblue.
