the strings for en-US are already present in the source files. see attached
patch for a prototype

ok, checking WITH_LANG for "en-US" isn't the smartes thing as this variable
isn't used that way in OOo configure. checking WITH_LANG for empty string
matches the configure setting if no language is explicit activated.
