Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 70326
Some elements in drawing group are moved after save/reload
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:15:15 UTC
Some elements in drawing are moved after multiple save (or open?). In attached file you can see that some circles are moved up. This problem arises after many open & save operations (aproxim. more than 20 times). Thus, I have to insert some drawings repeatedly (again and again and ...) into my documents. It is little bit problematic when document is large and contains many drawings. The first file: CirclesOnLines.odt is original. The second one: CirclesOnLinesX.odt is "created" after 43 save and open operations.

Created attachment 39695 [details] After 43 open and save operations
In my opinion, there is problem with rounding real numbers. Int(3.6) <> Round(3.6)
Confirming with OO 2.0.4 on Win XP - most dots (circles) do drift with each save/open cycle. Seems to be problem that deserves fix.
MRU->OD: see the attached document. On every save/reload process some of the circles in the drawing group move slightly up. I tried with about 20 save&reload processes and the circles moved up some mm. The reason why I could not reproduce the problem earlier is, that I did not reload the document. I just saved several times and did a reload then. There was no visible difference. So it looks, that the problem might occur during opening the document.
