@ause: This patch touches
  solenv/config/ssrc680.ini !!!

Can you please make sure that my changes are OK for Hamburgs environment (and
fix whatever is missing ;) )

After this patch NETTOOLKIT is not mentioned anymore in an OOo checkout.
