I have downloaded and unzipped the genericxmlfilter, but when I try to execute 
regcomp, using the command "regcomp -register -r applicat.rdb -c 
<genericxmlfilter_library>", which I got from your Developers Guide sub-
directory, I get the message "the systax of the command is incorrect".  I am 
using Windows2000, so I changed the UNIX/Linux "/" to "\", but I guess that 
isn't enough.  Please help.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for
details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.
