Squid Accelerator seems refusing a certain IP address

tono@openoffice.org can not access OpenOffice.org domain web sites. It seems that he has been refused by the squid accelerator running on Collabnet. He has his own global unchanging IP address. He is wondering that his IP address is blacklisted :)
This is a kind of urgency because tono@openoffice.org is working on the mingw port. http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=53572 He can access OpenOffice.org from his work but he can not access OpenOffice.org from his home where he has his own global unchanging IP address.
Thank you for filing the issue for me, khirano. I somehow come here from another network. I am getting "Access Denied" message from squid running on a cllab.net server. The source IP address in the request message from the network with trouble is 61.199.201.213 (shatin.hkfreak.net). khirano --> Louis Can you assign this issue to the Collabonet support? Another Japanese user has reported that he has not been able to access ja.openoffice.org and www.openoffice.org these days. He also has his own unchanging IP address: 219.111.2.96 (http://siisise.net/) He said he can't access www.netbeans.org either.

As long as my home network is concerned, the problem seems to have already been fixed. tono (Takashi Ono)
Some IP address ranges have been temporarily blocked due to misbehaving crawlers. As "tono" said most of the restrictions have been removed. Please let us know if there are still people having problems (and mention the IP address). Thanks, Stefan
I asked some people who reported this problem if they can access http://www.openoffice.org now. They answered they can access it.

ADSL Bussiness Unit. of eAccess Ltd. told us that: http://www.openoffice.org/ and http://ja.openoffice.org/ can not be accessed from: 218.231.103.54 Is this IP address blocked?

We did not notice this IP to be blocked . Please provide more information from the user, such as traceroute to 'openoffice.org' from 218.231.103.54, which should help us. -Jobin.

The address 218.219.209.145 has been reported as experiencing problems via a mail to webmasters.

We have blocked a range of IP address range during our last site outage problems with "Snoopy". However I have requested our internal team to open these IP address for the legitimate users . -Jobin.

We have unblock the whole ip range 218.216.0.0/13 . Closing this issue .
