See attached Doc.
After save into the new Chart the attached .sxc Doc get an changed Position and
Rotation of the Z Axistitle.

This is an error in the old chart. Open the document in an older version
containing the old chat and open the properties dialog for the z-axis title.
Look at the 'Alignment' tab page. As you can see the settings are 0 degree
rotation. This is what the new chart exactly does. That the old chart has a
rotated z title for bar charts in contrary to the settings is simply wrong there.
