I found the following typos in the Online Update Wizard:

"Das Programm sucht nach einem Versions Update basierend auf Informationen über
Ihre installierte OpenOffice.org Version und aktuell verfügbare Updates."

=>
"Das Programm sucht nach einem Versionsupdate, basierend auf Informationen über
Ihre installierte OpenOffice.org-Version und aktuell verfügbare Updates."


"Es sind keine neuen Updates verfügbar.
 OpenOffice.org ist auf dem neusten Stand."

=>
"Es sind keine neuen Updates verfügbar.
OpenOffice.org ist auf dem neuesten Stand."
(space removed, "neuesten")

Please use: "Versions-Update" or "Update für die Version"

Hi! I would like to add some more:

For "OpenOffice.org % NEXTVERSION ist nach C:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\Name\Desktop heruntergeladen worden", the white space seems to
prevent OOo to show the version number and instead shows the text.

In a previous step, OpenOffice.org tells the user where the data will be
downloaded to. In that string, there is backslash inside the file location which
is displayed like "&ndash" (I don't remember exactly - sorry!).

I can'Tfind any of the strings in pootle. Afair, several strings in Online
Update have been changed before 3.0 release.

Closing as WORKSFORME .. if you still find problems in a current version, feel
free to reopen or file a new issue
