Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 71603
Insert rows before array formulae
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:12:27 UTC
If A1:A2 contain dog, cat and B1:B2 contain {=A1:A2} as an array formula Select row A - it is not possible to insert a row - and there is no apparent reason MSO does allow the row insertion, and therefore has better and more expected behaviour Possibly this is overzealous protection of the array - 'oh no, someone's selected only part of an array - let's stop anything from happening'. User workarounds are: 1. select the whole array 2. cut and paste
Hi, Thanks for your comment. I tried your procedure, but everything works fine here (i am using OOo 2.1), so i close this issue now. you can reopen anytime if the problem still persists... Greetz,
Maybe it was fixed in 2.1. I'll wait for 2.2 before updating, 'cos of the massive download needed, and retry - if I remember
reopened to re-assign to requirements as this is not possible with array formulas
