diameter show on OOo 2.1 smaller than in office 2003 win xp

Removed 'new chart' from summary as the diameter is more correct in the chart
reimplementation already.

->dr: Do you set the size and position of the diagram already during the import?

No, filter does not support manual diagram pos or size, defaults are used always.

@ tonygalmiche : ahem... are we talking about the outer diameter or about the 
size of the hole here?
