When you record changes there is no way to print them. The are only viewable on
screen.

I cannot replicate this issue.

Can you download and install the current version of openoffice.org (version 2.1)
and try to replicate the issue.

Thanks

Hi,

not a defect, but an enhancement request.

@Reporter
please specify what data should be printed.

I think it would be very nice to be able to print the red lined cells as they
are shown on screen.

Maybe it it even possible to have the "notes" (info about the change) printed
in a seprate list.

But there is also something to say to keep Compare Documents and Record Changes
the same as in Writer.

I'll vote for being able to print what I see on screen now!

It is still not possible to print out recorded changes. You can view them on
screen but not print them out.

So what do you use it for as it is now?

My application is BOM's (Bill of Materials). These tend to get modified often,
they supplier want to know what has changed, I want to be sure the BOM they work
with is the current one, and is complete.

Otherwise they will try to look for changes manually and miss out on one, and as
the changes accumulate....

Minimally, the ability to create a PDF, is needed. Something with changes in RED
and deletes strike through.
