When installing French OOo 2.1 version, no dictionary is installed, but the
buttons and menus to check spelling, either by the "vérification automatique"
option (probably "Automatic spell checking") or "Vérification orthographique"
(probably "spell checking") are enabled.
No spell error can be detected by these methods. No error message or proposition
to download a dictionary (as it can be done from the menu
"Fichier/Assistants/Installer de nouveaux dictionnaires..."
("File/Wizards/Install new dictionaries") ) is displayed, as it should. The F7
function only displays a message to say that no error was found.

Extension manager empty but still AutoSpellcheck and Tools - Spelling and Grammar... are enabled.
