On TCM login page (see URL value), the link 'tcmrequest' is unusable. The target
is 'mailto:tcmrequest.openoffice.org' which doesn't match a valid mail adress.
I tried two workarounds:
1. Send mail to 'tcmrequest@openoffice.org'
2. Invoke 'http://tcmrequest.openoffice.org'
Both failed.
P2 because highly severe by blocking new users from joining TCM.
