Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 73
Text repetition when creating Issuezilla account
Last modified: 2003-12-27 10:23:17 UTC
When creating a new account, the resulting page basically says the same thing twice. E.g http://www.openoffice.org/issues/createaccount.cgi?login=lhil%40ihug.co.nz&realname=Lindsay+Hill displayed: The password for the e-mail address lhil@ihug.co.nz has been e-mailed to that address. When the e-mail arrives, you can click Back and enter your password in the form there. an issuezilla account for lhil@ihug.co.nz has been created. The password has been e-mailed to that address. When it is received, you may click here and log in. The first two sentences could be removed, and the start of the third sentence capitalised. BTW, this was noticed on 29/10/00
Reassigned to louis for ownership (to coordinate support from kerry/chris toward resolution)
Sent to npm for resolution.
have sent this to npm for resolution.
Assigning to Niels for resolution. I do not have access to the /issues/ directory. Niels, if this doesn't work for you, let me know. And, after a week, let's clear this issue.
As OpenOffice.org is scheduled to soon be upgraded to SourceCast Version 1.0 (in which the UI for IssueZilla has be significantly improved), this IssueZilla enhancement to Tigris will not be addressed. Thus set: Resolve issue, changing resolution to WONTFIX
As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.
As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved <wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
