Confirming with OO 2.1 on WinXP - export to .xls looses error bar lines.
Hi Daniel, one for you I think. Frank
I am using OO v2.1 on Windows XP SP2 and am able to replicate the problem. I noticed that when I open the provided file in Microsoft Excel, the y-axis goes from 0 to 80 units. When I open up the file in OO the y-axis goes from -25 to 150 units with the error bars present on the chart. When I perform steps 2-3, I then notice that the y-axis now goes from 0 to 70 units and error bars are no longer present.
change target from 2.x to 3.x according to http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
