To cleanly fix issue 73051, the OOo version string ("2.2", "2.2.1", "2.3", etc.)
needs to be available in the versionrc.  This always needs to be the
(underlying) OOo version, even for derived products like StarOffice.

Fixed in cws native93. 
Writing following key into version.ini (versionrc)

OOOBaseVersion=2.3

in the section [Version]

Introduced for this a section "Globals" in openoffice.lst
