Take document from issue 73361, save as sxw and reopen. Look into dialog
Tools.Outline -> the settings for Level 2 to Level 9 have lost their custum
assignments.

defect cause:
Paragraph styles aren't assigned to an outline level of the outline style during
the import, if one of its parent styles have the outline style set as the its
list style.

important note:
There exist no problem in the export to the OpenOffice.org file format.
