.csv genration uses PRJNAME to create "unique" filename. this doesn't work in
binfilter as several svidl calls (bf_sc, bf_sd, etc.) use the PRJNAME binfilter.

as i couldn't find any usage of these generated files, not generating them at
all seems to be the easiest fix to me.
