In attached DOC the line numbers are not spaced from text, unlike in Word 2k, 
which is unsatisfactory [the Word layout is excellent].  The header and footer 
lines are also numbered, unlike in Word, & this is not, I think, useful.
The font size of the line number also changes to that of the largest in the 
line, also irrational and unlike in Word2k.

Confirming with build 9110 on WinXP.

Problem that no spacing available, see issue 40764.
Problem that header/footers are line-numbered, see issue 16875.
