Well, 
as i worked with 641 and 642 the bibliographic numbers do not behave as the
should to. As listed below i want to set the bibliographical books to be
numbered as used in order of their first use.

When i put in the citations everything wents right as long as some citations of
the same book is used more often. The number of the most used citation changes
to number 1 and all others are counted up by 1.

e.g.

Geogr#, author, bibl-#, # of citations
1, Name1, 6, 1
2, Name2, 7, 1
3, Name3, 8, 2
4, Name4, 1, 9
5, Name5, 2, 8
etc.

In bibliographic book list i got the following order:
Name4, Name5, ..., Name1, Name 2, Name3
