Followup task of i73143:

There are some lists, repeating in translations of languages:

- scp2/source/ooo/module_langpack.ulf
- desktop/win32/source/setup/setup.ulf
- svx/source/dialog/langtab.src

Is it possible to introduce a central list for this?
