Inconsistent abbreviations for the same language
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:01:20 UTC
In Italian localization there are two abbreviations for English: "Inglese (US)" and "Inglese (USA)". I do not know which is correct, but there should be only one everywhere.

The country is commonly abbreviated as USA, so "Inglese (USA)" seems more natural. But wait for a reply from our l10n team.
ok, waiting for the reply -> set as started
I agree with Pescetti: the name of the country in Italian is USA, not US, therefore it seems just obvious that the form "Inglese (USA)" should be used.

I would suggest to use "inglese_usa", as it is formally more correct. The term "US" is only a very common shortcut, but not the correct name of the country.
